I found very clear instructions for the self check-in process. The location is great, so close to bus stops. The room was super clean, and I got fresh towels daily when I put up the sign. I also appreciated the strong wifi. It helped me plan my day..

The room was small, but very clean, and I found it adequate for a short stay. The regular changing of towels and emptying of the trash can were welcomed. It was very nice.

I noticed many restaurants and cafes close by. I had no trouble finding good food. Anna's Schnitzel Stube, around the corner, had a huge schnitzel. The Kleines Wiener Cafe, across the street, serves coffee.

Communication with reception via WhatsApp was very easy and helpful. I got detailed instructions for the self check-in process. The staff responded quickly. They were friendly.

The hotel provides good wifi. It was fast. It allowed me to easily plan my daily activities. I appreciated this very much. The building is old though.

the staff demonstrated politeness. the room presented cleanliness. very frequent trains pass nearby.
the room was small. the shower exhibited mold. i heard people walking and talking in the corridor like they were in my room. the pictures online were not accurate.
